Several years back I developed a serious eye ailment in my right eye causing lots of pain. For awhile doctors were stumped in their effort to determine the cause of my problem. Eventually, a biopsy revealed I had an Acanthamoeba. This is a very serious microbe that can cause blindness. In fact, I did lose ten percent of my vision is that eye. During the period of treatment, to alleviate stress I made an eye patch with an animal skin theme. When I walked into my ophthalmologist's office his jaw dropped in amazement. He proclaimed he never saw such a stunning eye patch. That gave me the idea of making beautiful eye patches to augment the morale of victims suffering from vision ailments. My eye patches exude comfort and are ideal for either eye. Many of my customers buy them to make a fashion statement. In fact, my eye patches are being featured on TNT's show "Claws".
